Throughout my 13-year journey in banking and finance services, I had witnessed many different outcomes and lifestyles of families through different formulas of financial planning.

I had helped clients save hundred-thousand and millions for both emergency use and retirement planning. However, the feelings and achievements are much greater each time I experienced the real-life stories of “prepare an umbrella before it rains” for myself and clients - the risk mitigation through insurance and medical planning.

These people that I helped in their insurance bills and claims are both wealthy and “less wealthy” people, if you want me to categorize. Here comes the question: why wealthy people still invest in insurance or financial planning? Aren’t they being smart in finance?
